1. Bakingsoda


Bakingsoda act as a mild exfoliate on dry and scaly skin. It can increase the skin's pH levels and facilitate the removal of Dark spots caused by dry scaly skin. 

What you'll need:-

♡ Fill your bath tub with water and add 1 or 2 cups of bakingsoda depending on the water levels.

♡ Before getting inside, allow bakingsoda dissolve in the water. Should wait for about 5 minutes or so.

♡ Soak yourself in the bakingsoda bath for 15 minutes. 

♡ After 15 minutes, pat your skin dry and apply a moisturiser. 

Do this twice a week!!!


2. Apple cider vinegar 


Dark inner thighs sometimes are a result of weight gain and thighs rubbing against each other. Apple cider vinegar can also be consumed to aid to lose weight. To rid those dark inner thighs apply cider vinegar with a cotton on the skin with a cotton wool.

What you'll need to do:-

♡ 2 spoons of cider vinegar mixed 1 spoon of water. 

♡ Dip a cotton ball in the mixture 

♡ Apply in an affected areas, leave it for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. 


3. Aloe Vera 

Aloe Vera gel has the properties that inhibits the excess production of melanin which gives your skin dark. And helps lighten the skin. 

What you'll need to do 

♡ You can purchase aloe Vera gel in pharmacists stores or simply extract the gel from aloe Vera leaf. 

♡ Blend the gel together 

♡ Apply in an affected areas 

♡ leave it for 20 minutes and then rinse it off. 

4. Lemon juice 

Lemon juice has natural lightning agents. It's a source of vitamin c that's very effective on removing dark spots. 

What you'll need to do:-

♡ In a bowl squeeze your lemons 

♡ Dip in a cotton ball and then apply in an affected areas. 

♡ leave for 20 minutes and then rinse it off 

♡ If your skin is very sensitive diluted lemon juice with water. 


5. Tumeric



Turmeric is also known for its lightning agents. 

What you'll need to do:-

♡ mix well tumeric and water to form a paste. 

♡ Apply in an affected areas 

♡ After 15 minutes, rinse it off
